My Story
I’ve spent my career working across business and technology, supporting a wide range of organisations to make better use of IT. My focus is always on practical strategy that fits the organisation and actually works in the real world.
Before starting my own consultancy, I was an Executive Director at a multinational firm, leading a team delivering digital transformation programmes and fractional IT support. A big part of that role was building trusted relationships, ensuring clients had access to experienced advisors who could guide decisions with confidence.
In 2019, I set up Gray Fox Consulting after seeing how many SMEs were being underserved when it came to strategic IT support. The aim was simple: provide clear, independent advice, and connect clients with the right people to get things done properly.
